Note: Novice aged players wishing to play Goal must play the majority of the season in goal to qualify.

Rep Fees: An additional fee of $125 will be due by December 1st  

Even Split Sales are madatory (20 tickets / week). If you choose not to sell the required number of tickets, you will be charged a $100 buyout fee.

Registration will not be complete and players will not be permitted to go on the ice until the NWMHA receives:

1) the signed Registration Form

2) the signed Parent and Player Fair Play Pledge

3) 1/3 of the registration fees and arrangements in place for the balance. NSF cheques will be subject to a $25 service charge.

Postdated Cheque dates for fees are: September 15th, October 15th and November 15th.
